My love cat doona habit

My cat doona  like to to ride a car with my mother,every time my
mother want to ride a car she must want to follow. she also like 
to massage people, went I lying in the bed suddenly he come 
to my back and massage use his finger. that is weird, no cat can 
match his weird habit. So tell me where is my cat learn a weird 
habit.And how he learn massage???? from thai massage!!!
